The Sevruga Royal caviar has a small anthracite-colored grain. It is characterized by an iodized taste and a creamy texture.

A small to medium light gray colored grain distinguishes the Sevruga Imperial caviar. It has a creamy melting texture with a long-lasting taste in the mouth.
