Osetra

This caviar comes from a species of sturgeon native to the Caspian Sea, also known as Russian sturgeon.

The Osetra Royal caviar has a medium grain size and a dark green-amber color with golden highlights. A slightly iodized taste with notes of hazelnuts characterizes this product.

A large amber-colored grain distinguishes the Osetra Imperial caviar. It has a well-balanced taste with some notes of nuts.
